Doctor's Guide has something specific for everyone. This is an international site that allows you to customize the site for your medical specialty or subspecialty.In my case, my page is for endocrinology. There are selected recent articles (full text), courses from multiple sites around the world, updates from medical conferences, and much more. The feature I find most useful is the e-mailed literature review update. Sometimes several times a week, I receive an email with just published endocrinology articles of note pulled from the literature. Full text versions are often available just by using the link in the e-mail.
