Lvling sucks now and ive been doing quests. ive been training in that one area were there are boglee and bogle sometimes gelatin. But im not gaining much exp. I like exp. <br>if you press W when playing the game the map should come up, under each location name there should be a recommended lvl in yellow, so say the temple is for lvl 7-10 After you reached lvl 11 go to area with recommended lvl 11-18 etc i done that and im at lvl 23 just in 3dayz good to go at a tough area with party</p>

You basically just need a flying mount, level 80, and time. Mount up and fly around gathering herbs or ore. Skinning requires the death of animals, which takes time, but involves little searching. Take these items and sell them on the auction house on Tuesday (when demand is the highest) for whatever the going rate is on your server. Of course, there are tricks to get more money out of your resources. You can convert the resources into items with your professions and get more money out of them. Darkmoon Cards sell for a ton and require you to simply mill your gathered herbs and add in some parchment. Glyphs, especially in demand ones, can sell for 20-30 gold while selling the herbs would get you nowhere near that much. Milling, prospecting, and “enhancing” some resources can produce higher prices as well. For instance, a stack of 20 Goldclover can go for 15g. You can mill it and produce 8 pigment which might sell for 25g. You may also get a rare pigment that will sell for 15g by itself. The only profession that can’t generate income is Engineering because the only BoE item anyone wants is the motorcycle. That thing takes so much to put into that it’s not worth the time to even try to sell. Farming NPCs It is a method, but not a productive one. Some NPCs drop items that are needed for quests, that are vanity pets, or just items that are in demand. Each server is different. You’ll need to look on the auction house for items that are selling for a lot and are easy to get then go out and farm them. It’s a simple method that can be combined with gathering to produce some money. In modern times you may not find easy gold this way.</p>

In this room you could see yourself from every angle because it had a three way mirror effect and that's when the horror hit me.<br /> <br /> AAAAHHHHH! I was so lean, so cut and so perfectly symmetrical in every direction and at every angle except when I turned around there were these horrific little dimply dents, cellulite, as we women have come to refer to it, on MY PERFECT BODY!<br /> <br /> I was so upset, I broke out into tears, grabbed my robe, ran back into the locker room and threw on my sweats I wore on the way over to the gym. We expend energy by living which is metabolic functioning, breathing, working, exercising and anything else that uses muscular contractions. This is what causes your body to burn calories. Excess fat in your body is actually stored energy, whether it is on your belly or on your legs and butt. It's fat, energy, and it has to be burned and removed in order to remove those dimples. So remember, your not fat, you just have a lot of extra energy!<br /> <br /> This is so amazing! Processing protein requires the greatest amount of energy. Estimates range as high as 30% above your resting metabolic rate. Dietary fat, on the other hand, is so easily processed and turned into body fat that there is little thermic effect, perhaps only 2 or 3% above your resting metabolic rate. The amount of energy required to process carbohydrates falls between that of protein and fat. A range of around 10% is usually used to account for the thermic effect of food you eat.<br /> <br /> Most of us have never heard about thermic effect of food so we just grab whatever is convenient when we are hungry<br /> <br /> Protein causes your body to burn hotter which helps you burn more calories. So now that we know that, we have to choose the best protein sources to keep our furnace burning hot and strong all day long.<br /> <br /> Choose low-fat protein sources<br /> <br /> Meat, poultry and fish along with egg whites and egg substitutes are some of your best sources of protein. But be careful to choose lower fat options, such as grilled or baked, not fried or breaded. Choose milk such as skim milk rather than whole milk and always select skinless chicken breasts rather than fried chicken patties.<br /> <br /> Fish is another good alternative to high-fat meats. Some types of fish - such as cod, tuna and halibut - have less total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol than do meat and poultry. And certain types of fish are heart healthy because they're rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These fats may help lower blood fats called triglycerides and may reduce your risk of sudden cardiac death. Omega-3 fats are most abundant in fatty, cold-water fish, such as salmon, mackerel and herring.<br /> <br /> Catabolic Foods<br /> <br /> Catabolic foods burn up more calories than they supply. Catabolic foods are the opposite of Anabolic foods. For example a medium sized apple (which is catabolic), would provide an average of 85 calories, however your metabolism would require an additional 99 more calories to metabolize it. As a result, you burn more calories than you are ingesting for a overall net loss.<br /> <br /> To help maintain your weight it is helpful to eat a minimum of ten servings of catabolic foods each day. In addition to catabolic foods you can eat proteins and other carbohydrates in moderation without gaining weight.<br /> <br /> High grade catabolic foods are more effective than others. It is best to spread the consumption of your catabolic foods over the course of the whole day. You can eat these items to your heart's delight. You don't have to go around counting calories or skimping on volume and quantity with theses catabolic foods. I like to combine my proteins from my list above with the vegetables listed below for my meals and then for my snacks I go to town on the fruits and vegetables listed below. Research into exactly how one becomes a celebrity personal trainer reveals that, like the rest of the personal training industry, no formal requirements exist to become one of these trainers to the stars who charge $300+ per hour. Most celebrity trainers simply happened to be in the right place at the right time. </p> <p>An unknown trainer visited a chiropractor following a car accident. During the first few visits, he and the chiropractor hit it off and got to be buddies. The chiropractor happened to know some celebrities, and just by knowing him, this trainer got a gig working with a star. Fortunately for his new celebrity client, this particular trainer had a good knowledge base and great people skills. And there was something in it for the chiropractor, too, in that he got a cut for recommending this trainer to the celebrity. </p> <p>Celebrity managers would help their star clients hugely if they used more caution when recommending personal trainers. As with any referral, a thorough background screening is in order before simply hiring a trainer on another celebrity's recommendation. All the biggest stars – Britney Spears, P-Diddy, J-Lo, Oprah, Madonna, Tom Cruise – have personal trainers. And the trainers themselves are now riding their clients' fame into their own spotlights. Two of the most celebrated personal trainers are Bob Green, who works with Oprah, and Gunter, trainer to many celebrities. </p> <p>Many celebrity trainers are featured on news and entertainment programs, offering diet and nutrition advice. Turns out their biggest gift is their ability sell their products in front of a camera, because their advice is questionable, at best. Still, no one can argue with their ability to generate millions of dollars because of their proximity to the rich and famous. Sadly, though, they're making a lot of that money by exploiting uneducated people, playing on their unrealistic desires to look like the next big-screen celebrity. </p> <p>We're Not All Going to Look Like Supermodels or Professional Athletes </p> <p>Say you're in the best shape of your life, but you still don't look like your idealized image of the perfect man or woman. That's just reality, folks. Not everyone is going to look like Pamela Anderson or Brad Pitt, regardless of how hard they work. Genetics play a big role in our looks, not to mention the cosmetic enhancements, air brushing, and camera tricks. Being healthy and fit doesn't mean you will never have a little fat on your body. Looking great and feeling great without using drugs, cosmetics, and surgery will make you happier than any amount of fame ever will. </p> <p>Before you decide you want to look like a covergirl or a superjock, you must be comfortable with yourself exactly as you are. You are going to feel better as you lose weight and build muscle, but the you inside will still be the same. Your shapely new build may inspire confidence, but the raw materials of your personality will remain exactly the same. Are you fundamentally happy with your life and who you are now – or are you waiting for external improvements to make you feel better? They won't, because they can't. Just as the roots of a plant determine the quality of its fruit, the invisible, internal stuff determines your happiness in life. </p> <p>The Results of Quick-Fix Shape-Up Programs Never Last </p> <p>It's often scary to hear celebrities and their personal trainers promoting new diets and/or nutritional products. If these alleged "professionals" don't really know how the body functions (and far too many of them don't), it's no wonder our nation just keeps getting fatter. Two significant problems exist with quick-fix training and nutrition programs. First, these extreme exercise/diet regimens that quickly get stars in great shape are terrible for the body. Yet many celebrities follow them because they know their jobs could be on the line. Secondly, regular people who try to follow the celebrities' exercise/diet programs often wind up failing because they cannot keep up the extreme regimens and because the programs are impossible to sustain for any length of time. </p> <p>Remaining super-lean all year is challenging, especially if you used a program that slimmed you down in just 8 to 12 weeks, like a bodybuilder's exercise/diet regimen. This process can get you looking phenomenal for a day or two, but the effects won't last much beyond that because our bodies simply cannot function at that level for any sustained period. However, you can achieve these results and stay super-lean year-round with a lifestyle change that incorporates healthy meals and regular exercise. A quality program can burn fat, as opposed to primarily building muscle, unlike the regimens the stars often follow with their celebrity trainers. </p> <p>Short-term training programs to get in shape for a one- or two-day event (like a bodybuilding contest) do work, but because they proceed at an unnaturally rapid pace, they cannot be sustained for any real length of time without seriously harming your body. However, many celebrity training programs utilize this quick-fix process because so few personal trainers really understand anatomy and human kinetics, the physical sciences related to human body function.
