If you pre-order it you can get the bundle pack on June 12.....if you didn't you have to wait until June 13 like all the other games. Nothing hurts about pre-ordering....its actually good because it gives the market economy a good estimate on how many packages they should purchase. Like i said, pre-order to avoid disappointment. There is no extra cost for pre-ordering, just extra happiness.</p>

<p>Has anyone ever dealt with these companies that claim to pay you your settlement in advance if you have a lawsuit pending, if so what's the real deal, what do they really want from you? <br>Ultimately they are going to make money, which means you will get less. That's the key message. How they do it is let's assume you are to get $10,000 per year for 20 years as your settlement. You will get a total of $200,000. The company will figure out what that money is worth in today's dollars (maybe $85,000) and offer you a &quot;lump sum&quot; amount less than that--say, $75,000. Then you sign over your $10,000 payments to them. If it is pending litigation, you'll get even less as they take on some risk that you won't get anything in the court's judgement. For example, if you stand to get the same payout as above, they may offer you $50,000 instead since there is a chance that there will be no payout for you to sign over. HOWEVER, they also would get your payout if for some reason the court decided you were entitled to $100,000 per year instead of $10,000! It's not terrible business, but proceed carefully and research the company!</p>

<p>I have 3 ps3 controllers and all 3 of them has something wrong with them. 1 of them has the analog stick grips chewed off from my dog and a R2 button that gets jammed. Another has both the L2 and L1 buttons missing. The other controller has a missing R2 button and a the R1 button that doesn't work. Anybody know stores that may repair these controllers or if sony would replace these controllers? <br>At that point, I'd just pick the one controller in the best physical shape and harvest the other two for parts. At least then you'd have on working controller. It's not real likely you could get them repaired for less than what new controllers would cost you.</p>

<p>I want to get one for my bf.....I was gonna get him the 60gb one but he says that he's heard that it doesn;t have that much memory and that the 80gb is better(memory wise) I was just wondering, does the 60gb have very little memory?? i want to make an informed decision. <br>The 60gb has exactly that, 60 gigabytes of memory, while the 80gb has 20 gigabytes more. 60 gb is plenty for games and download. Also, the 60 gb offers backwards compatibility with the majority of PS2 games. (although I assumed they were taken off the market, so if you find one, you should get it as because you could sell it for more, or keep it for it's backwards compatibility.) If you want a bit more memory, you can get the 80gb, but be aware that there are 2 models out right now. The $400 version does not have memory card readers, and only 2 usb ports, and NO backwards compatibility with PS2 games. The $500 version that comes bundled with the Metal Gear Solid 4 game, has memory card readers, 4 usb slots, and SOME backwards compatibility. The better of the systems is the 60gb, but if he is that choosy over the memory, get the more expensive 80gb version, and not the $400 one.</p>

For example if a lawsuit has been filed would it be unusual for the opposing lawyer to contact the person filing the lawsuit instead of contacting that persons attorney?? <br>Absolutely a violation of the standard of conduct by the attorney. 1. can be sued by the client of the attorney. 2. Also how long after would a court trial date be set (realize that depends on court activity for the actual date). Yea they didn't show...but called that morning to say they wouldn't be there. That person was rescheduled over two months later. <br>Well, i am not sure what you are trying to ask, but from what i understand, a party cannot withhold any depositions from either side, since that would be considered obstruction of justice. Each side needs to share whatever evidence and depositions they may have on record, so that the opposition can refute the facts, and defend themselves. I hope that helps, if not i am sorry.</p>
