Now for some geek details:
- I got the EasyCap for Mac few weeks ago so this is actually recorded in Leopard (Finally don't have to boot into Windows every time I wanna record something - never bothered doing any spontaneus recordings because of it)
- First cut out useless parts of the 7GB big recording using QuickTime Pro
- Removed interlacing using Hanbrakes decomb filter (though, you can't set the field order yet in Handbrake so the color channel and luma channel in the output is out of sync, which you may notice quite a few places in the video, especially if you pause frames with lots of motion)
- Then edited using Apple Motion (Still not sure if I like it but I find FCP and Adobe Premiere to be too non-Sony Vegas-like)
- Video is 854 x 480 (Weird, I know, just testing some things out. Also, I'm not conforming to YouTubes new 2:1 ratio!)
- Compression: H.264 Best Quality settings for Video, AAC 44KHz for Audio.
- Container: MOV
- Render time: 55 minutes
- Output filesize: 982MB
Duration : 0:9:31

[youtube TJEbUeGbsgs]
