RoundCube Webmail is a browser-based multilingual
IMAP client with an application-like user
interface. It provides full functionality you
expect from an e-mail client, including MIME
support, address book, folder manipulation and
message filters. RoundCube Webmail is written in
PHP and requires the MySQL database. The user
interface is fully skinnable using XHTML and CSS
2.

RIALTO - Rich Internet Application Toolkit

Rialto is a cross browser javascript widgets
library. Because it is technology agnostic it can
be encapsulated in JSP, JSF, .Net or PHP graphic
components. Nowadays it supports pure javascript
development and JSP/taglib development. A JSF
integration is on the road. And we hope to start
.Net and PHP integration soon.

PHP Web Application. As the name suggests, you
truly can drag and drop images, text and controls
onto the page. It uses absolute positioning (from
what I can tell). Micro$oft will be worried about
this trend, very very worried.
