A new season approaches, a palpable sense of excitement, nerves or dread pervades, depending upon the state of your team’s finances, fitness, new signings or, lack of. So a new season, lets be new too, and be fair on ref’s for once. If only players, pretty much all of them, didn’t cheat so much then perhaps the ref wouldn’t need my glasses so often.
